step by step to Credit freedom

As part of a potential product offering, Vanquis has introduced a concept called ‘Journey’. This concept allows Vanquis users to monitor their credit scores and regulated accounts easily every day. The credit scores are based on the data statistics of credit card expenditure and payment habits. Additionally, users are incentivised to maintain good credit habits with rewards.

Working with Vanquis' marketing team in 2017, to develop a concept product app. Processes involved designing wireframes, branding, screens, and an onboarding process. The app included infographics for live data stats, credit health, incentives/reward points, credit rating charts, and chat functionality. Additionally, I created animated prototype sequences to demonstrate the app's flow and micro-functionality.

The final visualisations showcase an app that prioritises customer needs and lays the foundation for future development. This brings Vanquis another step closer to digitally transforming its brand. The marketing team welcomed the concept as it provided inspiration and a stepping stone for the art direction that Vanquis are pursuing to revitalise its brand.
