Product page refinements for Hyundai’s next-gen EV and Hybrid models.
-
Teaming up with design studio Collective, I was assigned to a project for Hyundai’s next-generation EV and Hybrid range. The work focused on using existing design systems while updating graphic assets, photography and enhancing interactivity based on previous A/B testing and UX feedback. The goal was to clearly differentiate the Hybrid and EV models across the relevant product pages.

As the web designer, I worked as part of an agile team alongside stakeholders, account managers, the creative director, and a web developer on Hyundai’s next-generation EV and Hybrid project. The work focused on utilising existing design systems while updating graphic assets and improving interactivity, based on insights from previous A/B testing and UX feedback.

The outcome led to a further iteration of a streamlined product page that clearly differentiated Hybrid and EV models. This was achieved by enhancing each section with updated functionality, iconography, vehicle photography, content structure, and call-to-actions.
The landing page was enhanced with new functionality, including a hotspot navigation feature that allows users to quickly explore key elements of the car. This interactive experience presents the vehicle’s features in an intuitive way, helping users understand them easily, much like a visit to the dealership.
To differentiate between Hybrid and EV vehicles, new infographics and iconography were designed to clearly communicate key aspects such as eco-friendly performance and technical specifications, all in line with brand guidelines.
Dynamic call-to-actions and bold feature graphics were created and added to pages to highlight the benefits of each vehicle type and guide users to related product pages across the website.
Additionally, these design updates were applied cohesively to mobile variants, with responsive adjustments made to layout, accessibility, and touch functionality to ensure a seamless experience on smaller screens.
